I've often thought that writing a blog was sort of a waste of time--who really sits around and reads other people's blogs, anyway? What would I even write about? If I blog and nobody reads it, isn't it really just a journal?
But now that I have something worth writing about (i.e., my upcoming trip to the mission fields in Ireland and Spain), I don't feel quite so self-indulgent in starting this blog. So, please check back, starting next Monday or so, and I'll endeavor to make it interesting!
